Our mission is to provide innovative, high quality engineered coating solutions, and a responsive and value-added service, so that our customers know they will get exactly the product they need, when they need it.

We use durable acrylic resins to produce high quality internal and external water-based finishes. Although we have seen changes in the way decorative gloss paints are produced, we insist on using only the highest quality raw materials, incorporating the latest resin technology.

To complement our product range and meet the demands of our customers, we have introduced a full range of high performance industrial coatings to meet the requirements for OEM and manufacturing industries. Dacrylate has become a recognised major supplier of coatings for the UK's highways infrastructure and to original manufacturers, contractors and local authorities.

Following the Second World War, CH Morton and his family formed a small paint company in Nottinghamshire called Morton Paints. The company quickly grew and in 1958 changed its name to Dacrylate Paints Limited. Dacrylate remains family owned and run, and still upholds all the traditions and values of its founder, combined with progressive technologies to compete in the 21st Century.

Throughout the company's history we have recognised the need for high-quality durable decorative paints. We harnessed and developed new acrylic resin technology, introduced from America and Europe, which was to revolutionise the way decorative paints, varnishes and finishes would be made in the future.

Nearly 30 years ago Dacrylate Paints Ltd was awarded the Royal Warrant for Manufacturers of Paints Varnishes and Emulsions. This remains our proudest achievement, coupled with our ability to create bespoke coating solutions for our increasing customer base.

Dacrylate Royal WarrantDacrylate Paints Ltd were granted the Royal Warrant in 1986 as manufacturers of paints, varnishes, and emulsions. The Warrant is the Royal seal of approval to individuals and businesses that have supplied goods and services to the HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, or HRH The Prince of Wales, for a period of 5 or more years.

Since the first recorded Royal Appointments, over 900 years ago, Warrants have been highly prized as badges of excellence in service and quality, with only around 850 companies and individuals, across the full cross-section of trade, craft and industry, carrying this distinction today.

The Warrant empowers us, the holder, in accordance with the Lord Chamberlain's rules, to display the Royal Arms on our stationery, website and other permitted corporate materials and marketing communications.

Managing Director, Sharon Harte, commented on our achievement: "The Royal Warrant is a prestigious mark of recognition for the quality of our products and the standard of our service, and everyone at our company regards it with enormous pride."
