High build intermediate or finish coat with excellent durability and chemical resistance.

Appearance Of Dried Film: Matt specular finish
Volume Solids: 50%
Dry Film Thickness: Typical: 75 microns
Range: 50-100 microns
Theoretical Coverage: 6.7m² per litre at 75 microns dry film thickness
Drying Time At 20°C:
Touch Dry: 2 hours
Film Dry: 6 hours
Overcoat: After 6 hours
(will vary with temperature, air movements, etc.)
Packaging: 5 litre composite pack
Shelf Life: 2 years in unopened containers when stored under cover in good storage conditions.
Storage: Under cover with temperature range of 5°C to 32°C.
Surface Preparation: Normally applied over Dacrylate range of Epidac 2 Zinc Phosphate Primers.
Application Conditions: Airless spray or convential spray: Up to 10% of Dacrylate Thinner R9 may be required to achieve optimum spray characteristics.
Brush application: Generally for small areas, small sections, angles, etc. Use full wet brush, do not attempt to brush out or 'lay off'.
Apply a wet film thickness of approximately 150 microns of unthinned product to achieve a dry film thickness of 75 microns.
Pot Life (at 20°C): 8 hours
Mixing Ration by Volume: 3 parts Base
1 part Activator
Note: Epoxy coatings must be applied at ambient temperatures above 10°C to achieve optimum drying/curing characteristics
Clean-up: Dacrylate Thinner R9.
