A chlorinated rubber system gloss finishing coat for the longterm protection of steelwork. Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and aqeous chemicals.

Swimming Pool Blue

Appearance Of Dried Film: Gloss
Volume Solids: 40% (may vary with colour)
Dry Film Thickness: Typical 30 microns / Range 25-40 microns
Theoretical Coverage: 13.3m² per litre at 30 microns
Drying Time At 20°C: Touch Dry: 1 hour
Film Dry: 4 hours
Overcoat: Spray application 4 hours / Brush application 8 hours
(will vary with temperature, air movements, etc.)
Packaging: 5 litre containers
Shelf Life: 2 years or longer in unopened containers when stored under cover in good storage conditions.
Storage: Under cover with temperature range of 5°C to 32°C.
Surface Preparation: Normally applied over surfaces coated with Dac Chlor range or Dacrylate Epoxy coatings.
Application: Apply at wet film thickness of approximately 80 microns to achieve 30 microns dry film thickness.
Brush application: Supplied ready for use.
Conventional spray application: May require up to 20% of Dacrylate Thinner R5 to achieve optimum spray characteristics.
Volume solids and therefore film build per coat will be considerably reduced.
Airless spray: Not recommended. Airless spray grade can be supplied, please contact us for full details.
