A solvent-based acrylic with microporous properties coating. Highly durable masonry finish with outstanding flexibility, colour retention and low dirt retention. Microporous allowing permeation of water vapour.

Dry Film Thickness: Typical 40 microns
Theoretical Coverage: 10m² per litre at 40 microns
Drying Time At 20°C:

Touch Dry: 1 hour
Film Dry: 2 hours
Overcoat: 2 hours
(will vary with temperature, air movements, etc.)

Packaging: 5 litre containers
Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened containers when stored under cover in good storage conditions.
Storage: Under cover with temperature range of 5°C to 32°C.
Surface Preparation: In order to gain the advantages of the microporous system, the Dacrylate Acrylic Masonry System coatings must be applied to a clean, sound uncoated substrate. Old coatings should be removed by abrasive blasting or burning-off.
Dacrylate Acrylic Masonry System, however, may be applid over aged paint systems provided they are clean and sound with good adhesion.
New or unpainted substrates should be sealed with Dacrylate Acrylic Sealer Ref.: 59-10.
Previously painted and sealed surfaces should be coated with one coat of Dacrylate Acrylic Masonry Undercoat followed by two coats of Dacrylate Acrylic Masonry Finish.
Application: Apply by brush to a wet film thickness of approximately 100 microns to achieve a dry film thickness of 40 microns.
