Mixing: Due to high solids content of this product, it is essential to use a power stirrer for mixing prior to application. The addition of the curing agent at the commencement of the mixing process will considerably ease this operations.
Application: Apply by brush or airless spray.
Airless spray: Tip size 15-17 Thou (0.38-0.43mm). Tip pressure not less than 2000psi (135 bar).
Brush: Apply to the specified wet film thickness using a full brush. Do not 'brush out' or 'lay off'.
(A wet film thickness of approximately 110 microns will give a dry film thickness of 75 microns.)
Usable Pot Life (at 20°C): 2 hours
Mixing ratio by volume: 3 parts base 1 part activator
Clean-up: Dacrylate Thinner R5.
