Dacrylate massive congratulations to our 'outstanding' apprenticeAnnalie completed her Business Improvement Techniques apprenticeship with an outstanding exam pass rate of 99%! She has shown a huge commitment to her apprenticeship, worked very hard and has become a valuable member of the Dacrylate Technical Department.

A Celebration of Apprenticeships is a special event that is held at the House of Lords that recognises and celebrates apprentices and their achievements. Awards and certificates were presented by Sue Husband, Director of the National Apprenticeship Services, and Anthony Jenkins, Chairman of the Institute for Apprenticeships.

Other guests included family members of the apprentices, their employers, MPs, and members of the House of Lords.

The Dacrylate Apprenticeship and Intern Programme, in collaboration with West Nottinghamshire College Vision Apprenticeships and local universities, aims at harnessing local talent, developing skills, and retaining high calibre employees. The programme, that is in its third year, provides industry experience, project placement and support for development in a working environment. Skills and project progress are assessed at regular intervals, and this process has shown success in the projects completed and the innovative ideas that have been implemented.
