Appointment of New Customer Services Manager

Amanda Round has joined Dacrylate as Customer Services Manager to head-up the customer service team. She will be responsible for maintaining the high level of customer service, implement new policies and the developing the team of professionals to meet the demands of the business.

Along with drive and passion for the role, Amanda has a wealth of experience within customer services and the high performance coatings industry, by previously working in similar roles.

Commenting on her new role, Amanda said, “I am very excited to join the team at Dacrylate. I look forward to working with the team to improve customer service further over the coming months.”

Amanda continued: “We will be working hard to ensure that we not only maintain our standards by delighting our customers but also to ensure that we have rigorous policies in place. This becomes increasingly key in our business operations.”
