Colour Charts

Using our DACMIX system we are able to mix and match almost any colour. Here you will find a review of the standard colours from the Classic RAL System, and the British Standards 4800 and 381C.

All colours have been matched as closely as possible and are for guidance only. The displayed colour will depend on your monitor, browser and printer, should you wish to print them. Therefore, the finished colour may not be as shown here.

RAL Colours

RAL is used for defining standard colours for paint and coating. RAL is the most popular Central European Colour Standard used today. The colours are used in architecture, construction, industry and road safety.

BS 4800

BS 4800 is a selection of colours taken from the BS 5252 Framework for colour co-ordination. BS 4800 colours are widely specified in the UK.

BS 381C

The BS 381C is a specification for colours for identification, coding and special purposes. The British Standard 381C colour chart specifies the numbers and names and illustrates 90 standard colours. The colours do not constitute a co-ordinated range and are not limited to any particular medium.
